RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
10 Pharma will exchange/return goods and refund customers in the following cases:
10 Pharma encourages customers to take photos of the product immediately upon receipt for future reference/complaint evidence if necessary. In case you find that the 10 Pharma product is not delivered correctly on your order, please contact hotline 0901 267 000 to exchange for a new product.
In case the product is damaged due to transportation or the manufacturer, you can refuse to receive it and request the delivery department to contact 10 Pharma directly.
Time: within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Product conditions:
– Goods are complete: products in original boxes, accompanied by free products, instructions for use, anti-counterfeit stamps, invoices.
– The goods show absolutely no signs of use.
– In case of error on 10 Pharma's part: 10 Pharma will fully bear the return shipping costs.
– In case due to personal needs, the customer wants to exchange for another product: The customer is fully responsible for the cost of returning and delivering the new product.
10 Pharma Vietnam will refund customers in 3 cases:
– Refund when placing an order successfully but not yet receiving the product: This case occurs when 10 Pharma runs out of the product the customer wants to order but has not updated it promptly on the website or the customer ordered it incorrectly.
– Refund when receiving the product but the product is defective from 10 Pharma.
– Refund when the customer does not want to receive the product due to changes in personal needs
10 Pharma will deduct shipping costs directly from the customer's refund.
